Our goal at Affiliate Marketing Linx is to provide relevant and high-quality resources. This is only possible by manually reviewing each and every submission that we receive. While many  other "human-edited" directories take a quick look at each submission to ensure it isn't a dangerous website and that the content fits into the category, most do not spend more than 2 minutes with each site. We do things differently at Affiliate Marketing Linx.

Our manual review process involves a full review of each submission by our editors. While some submissions can be ruled out very quickly, others take more time to review. To give you a feel for the depth of our reviews, our editors spend around 15 minutes on each site that is a potential addition to the directory. We review multiple pages of the website and read samples of the marketing related materials. We also do a sort of "background check" on each site to ensure there aren't any valid complaints noted by others in the past. All of this is done to ensure the quality of our directory and to provide our readers with the best information possible.

Once a website is included in the directory, we continue to monitor it going forward. It is impossible with our small group of volunteer editors to check each one on a daily or weekly basis, but we do perform both automated and manual testing on all listed websites to ensure their quality is maintained. While we have no minimum "age requirement" for a website to be included in the directory, newer websites are subject to the manual reviews more often than their established counterparts. These ongoing reviews help to keep the directory clean of spam. There is also a "report link" option with each link the directory for visitors to report any link that they are concerned about or that is not working.
